He was predeceased by: his father Robert Zack. He is survived by: his mother Marie Zack (Dlugosz) of South Bend; his daughter Kylie Salmon (Matt) of Rosedale; his grandchildren, Allie, Brenton and Jase Salmon of Rosedale; his siblings, Diane Buergler (Bob) of Indianapolis, John Zack (Stacy) of Granger, Sandy Francoeur (Scott) of South Bend and Kathy Kennedy (John) of South Bend; and his nieces and nephews, Justin, Tanner Jaeger, Nicole, Alex Francoeur, Joe, Steven Zack, Garrett Johnson, Lauren Bishop, Marty and Zach Kennedy.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kaniewski Funeral Homes (3545 N Bendix Dr, South Bend, IN 46628). A rosary will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (52553 N Fir Rd, Granger, IN 46530).
