With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy J. Day of Terre Haute, Indiana, born in Leavenworth, Kansas, who passed away on October 11, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Victor N. Downing and Wilma P. Powers Downing; and her brother Richard Downing. She is survived by : her husband John W. Day; her children, John Day, Jr. (Heidi) and Julie O'Leary (Pat); her grandchildren, Joshua Day, Taylor Shelley, Marc O'Leary, Daniel O'Leary, Christopher O'Leary and Matthew O'Leary; and her siblings, Randall Downing, Roland Downing, Jill McConnell and Jonelle Lee. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, online at alz.org, in memory of Judy.
