She is survived by : her parents, Morris Shaffer and Ellen Shaffer (Whaley); her husband Dr. Aaron Luttrell; her sons, Ross Luttrell and Will Luttrell; her brother John "Jay" Shaffer (Leslie); her niece Elizabeth Woods (Jeff); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gemma and Casen; her nephew Jarrod Shaffer; and also Jaydon Shaffer.
