She is survived by: her mother Constance Puckett (Franks); her daughter Chelci Black (Russell); her grandchildren, Chloe Hall, Cayden Lutz, Paxton Black and Ivy Black; her former spouse Leslie Lutz; her boyfriend Lincoln Whitecotton; her siblings, Todd Puckett (Ann), Shawn Puckett, Susan Dempsey (Mike) and Kerri Mathes (Remy); her pet Honeyboy; her granddaughter Madilynn Faith Lutz; and her brother Mike Puckett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
