She is survived by: her husband Michael Hankins (Mike); her children, Christopher Hankins of Sheridan, Matthew Hankins (Amy) of Thorntown and Ashley Hankins (Jared Blatsioris) of Zionsville; her grandchildren, Alyssa Hankins, Rhiannon Hankins of Michigan, Allie Hankins of Kirkland, Ally Grace Warmoth of Lebanon, Brady Warmoth of Thorntown, Ryder Warmoth of Thorntown and Blake Warmoth of Thorntown; and her brothers, Rick Koontz (Carolyn) of Thorntown and Steve Koontz (Shelley) of Lebanon.
