He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Robert Lee and Mary Elizabeth Butcher (Surber); his wife Rosie Seabolt; his daughters, Carol Phifer (Kenny) of Tipton, Barbara Clabough of Tipton, Judy Sinclair (Don) of Indianapolis and Kathy Yeary (Rick) of Tipton; his grandchildren, Daniel Phifer (Mary Jo), Donald Barrett-Phifer (Jim), Douglas Phifer, Angela McMillian (Mike), Tyler Clabough, Garrett Clabough and Mackenzie Yeary; and his great grandchildren, Lauren Moulder (Corbin), Daniel Phifer and Bailey Phifer.
