With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Fouch Jr. (Tipton, Indiana), who passed away on January 26, 2019 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his mother Gayle Rice; and his grandparents, Lester, Katy Fouch, Luke and Helen Johnson.
He is survived by : his stepparent Mike Rice; his sister Lee Ann Miller (Anthony); his aunt Elizebeth Wells; and his uncle William Fouch.
In lieu of flowers the family request monetary contributions be made to Porter Funeral Home to help offset burial expenses.
