It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Russell Baxter (Tipton, Indiana), born in Guysville, Ohio, who passed away on June 8, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Elaine Schorey. He is survived by: his spouse Arletta Lee Plake; his children, April Head, Jon Baxter (Michelle), Marcus Baxter and Keith Baxter; his stepchildren, Lonnie Lee Morrison, Anita Dungan (Steve) and Tina O'Vadka; his siblings, Nelson Baxter (Mary) and Lumelia Mann (Vernon); and his grandchildren, Shandolyn Scott, Tiffany Messenger, Keegan Head, Quinton Head, Taylor Baxter, Mackenzie Burke, Tiffany Neuburger, Leona Baxter, Carmen McCool (Doug) and Travis Dungan. He is also survived by nine great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
