He is survived by: his spouse Judy Lowry; his children, Courtney Etherington (Kyle), Ashley Colburn, Deb Tagtalianidis (Theo), Cindy McNeil (Mike) and Rob Colburn; and his grandchildren, Kadie Healy (Andrew), Maggie Nichols (Kurt), Jacob McNeil (Kelly), Whitney Robinson (Tim) and Ellie Tagtalianidis.
