He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Bartley and Lola Bartley (Wax); his wife Reita; his son Chip; and his grandson Jason Bartley.

He is survived by : his children, Kent Bartley (Trinna) and Joan Lynch (Michelle Mendenhall); his grandchildren, Felicia Bartley, Angela Stromberger (Steve), Lora Kinyon (Dave) and Hollie Lynch; and his great grandchildren, Clayton Lynch, Jonathan Lynch, Bailey Stromberger, Bryson Kinyon, Stella Stromberger, Katelyn Kinyon and Gavin Kinyon.

The family request that no flowers be sent and donations be made to the American Legion Post 46 in Tipton.
