Charlotte Ann Puckett Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Puckett (Upland, Indiana), who passed away on October 2, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Townsend and Florence Townsend (Gillespie); her husband Richard B. Puckett; and her brother Charles Townsend. She is survived by: her children, Susan E. Hoover (Michael), Jane E. Rockwell (Kenneth), Port St and Jay R. Puckett (Kristine); her grandchildren, Scott Hoover, Michelle Brennan, Danielle Summey (Jimmy), Dustin Spencer (Eric), Jayson Puckett (Taylor) and Kayla Bath (Kolby); her stepgrandchildren, Angela Benefiel (Michael), Shannon Goble and Rebecca Leffingwell; and her brother David Townsend (Connie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
