He was predeceased by : his parents, Don Weber and Angie Hockerschmidt Weber Chowning; his brothers, Wayne Chowning and Ricky Weber; and his grandson Jackson Witty Dean.

He is survived by : his spouse Gail Bowers Weber; his children, Matthew Levi Weber (Melissa) of Vallonia and Kayda "Niki" Dean (Jeremy) of Norman; his grandchildren, Wyatt Scott Weber, Maddox Allen and Codi Joseph Dean; and his siblings, Billy Chowning, Sarah Wade (Eric) and Mary Alice Pike (Gary).
