She is survived by : her husband Richard; her children, Tom Andis of Seymour, Kitty Foster (Rick) of Medora, Becky Andis of Bloomington, Janet Phillips (Rick Rickard) of Seymour and Robert Phillips (Wayne Vice) of Indianapolis; and her grandchildren, Haven Andis, Hailey Andis, Holly Johnson (Casami), Keith Robbins (Jezzie), Tyler Andis (Allison), Andy Washam (Bonnie), Christy Emily (Brent), Joey Murphy (Ashley), Betsy Foster and Dennis Carpenter (Bobbie). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren.
