She was predeceased by: her father Frank Gipson; her husband Norris F. Peters, Sr.; her son Norris Peters Jr.; and her sisters, Daphne Allen and Rowena Hobson.

She is survived by: her children, Vicki McKain (Kenny), Rick Peters (late Jane) and Kayda Morris. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, & several nieces & nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to Hoosier Christian Village, Vallonia Christian Church, or Driftwood Christian Church.
