He is survived by : his children, Tom Andis of Seymour, Kitty Foster (Rick) of Medora, Becky Andis of Bloomington, Janet Murphy (Rick Rickard) of Seymour and Robert Phillips (Wayne Vice) of Seymour; his grandchildren, Haven Andis, Hailey Andis, Holly Johnson (Casami), Keith Robbins (Jezzie), Tyler Andis (Allyson), Andy Washam (Bonnie), Christy Emily (Brent), Joey Murphy (Ashley), Betsy Foster and Dennis Carpenter (Bobbie); his siblings, Sarah Kay Philips, Marie Simon, Delbert Phillips (Joyce) and Mandy Duttlinger; and his wife Bess Phillips. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandkids; several nieces and nephews and their beloved dog.
