She was predeceased by: her husband Barton Duncan; her parent Alger Waters; her son Stanley "Wayne" Duncan; and her grandsons, Justin Duncan and Bradley Duncan.
She is survived by: her parent Cleo Waters (Ferguson); her daughter-in-law Alice Mikkelsen; her granddaughter Jamie Duncan (Greg Kerr); her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Ariel and Justin; her sister Etta Bowman-Baker; and her pet Shannon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Doretta Kurzinski to aid in the final expenses for Betty and care of her beloved dog, Shannon.
