She is survived by: her daughters, Sameka Dowell Mills (James), Shayla Dowell and Shari Dowell Cline (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Caleb, Caela, Candace, Genevieve and Elias; her siblings, Annie Briggs, Edward Brady, Robert Brady, Linda Coleman, Cherrenelle Brady, Kelvin Brady and Jacqueline Brown; her aunts, Bobbie Merrill and Betty Joor; and her child Clifford Dowell.
