She was predeceased by: her son Danny R. Lay; and her siblings, Ralph, Lester, Arnold, Nora and Ruth.

She is survived by: her spouse Dana A. Lay; her daughters, Donna Maxey (Steven) and Debbie Faaborg (James); and her grandchildren, Jason Lay, Jeff Lay, Heather Ledgerwood, Danny Moy, Dee Faaborg, Aly Fischer and Donna Faaborg.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the VNA Hospice of NWI.
