He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert John and Virginia Mae Coulter (Ward). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Janet Broadhurst (Paul) of England, Brad Baum (Janice Hale) of Missouri, Donna DuBois (Joe Walsh) of South Bend, David Coulter (Deanie) of Arkansas, Kevin Coulter (Kathy) of Texas and Cara Smith of Valparaiso. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
