He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Frataccia and Jane Frataccia (Short); and his brothers, Vincent, Richard and Robert.

He is survived by: his spouse Kaye Wise; his grandchildren, Aidan, Ryder, Blakely and Charlotte; and his siblings, Deano Frataccia (Rhonda) and Roseanne Harris (Jim).

In lieu of flowers memorial donations are encouraged to made to the Ric Frataccia Scholarship Fund at Porter County Community Foundation.
