He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy. He is survived by: his parents, Emil Kostka and Alida Kostka (Jellema); his sister Alida Smith of Wauwatosa, WI; his stepchildren, Valerie Townsend, Rodney Townsend (Carolee) and Ian Townsend (Linda); and his nieces, Nancy Smith, Diane Schowalter (Dan), Linda Davis (Rob) and Kerry Smith.
