He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lora Rader, John Rader, James Radcliffe and Bertha Radcliffe. He is survived by: his children, Jolie Marie Rader, John Michael Rader III, James Matthew Rader and Jennifer Helen Rader; his brother Tim Rader of Valparaiso; and his uncles, James Radcliffe, Clara Radcliffe, Kate Scott, Pat Rader, Rose Karbowski, Joe Rader and Julie McMeans.
