He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Niepokoj of Porter and Carol Niepokoj of Porter; his grandmother Bernice Niepokoj of Valparaiso; his uncles, Karen Chartier, Martin Plesha, Steve Niepokoj, Laurie Crownover (Ernie) and Tom Niepokoj (Julie); his close friend Matt Kusbel; his friend Cat Stevens; and also, Paul Niepokoj, Stephanie Dunn, Kristin Niepokoj, Amy Janousek, Brian Niepokoj, Eric Crownover, Ryan Crownover, Kellie Niepokoj, Casey Swanson, Patrick Niepokoj and Kevin Chartier. He is also survived by many other close friends he considered brothers.
