He is survived by: his children, Victor Lowe (Cindy) of Lincoln, IL, David Lowe (Laura) of Valparaiso, IN, Richard Lowe (Debbie) of Portage, IN, Sarah Lowe of Portage, IN and John Lowe (Natalie) of Laporte, IN; his sister Margaret Haas of Terre Haute, IN; and his spouse Joan F. Lowe. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, many extended family members and friends.
