With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Childress (Valparaiso, Indiana), born in Dyersburg, Tennessee, who passed away on May 16, 2018 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Sonia Childress; and his siblings, Faye, Jerry and James. He is survived by: his sisters, Ann Parchmann of Hammond, IN and Joan May of Hammond, IN; and his nephew Robert Bogle (Wendy) of Valparaiso. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
