He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Sr and Zora M. Simatovich, Sr. (Perkovich); and his brother Joseph M. Simatovich, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Marianne Simatovich, Joanne Simatovich, Dianne Hargarten and Caroline Janzow.
