He is survived by: his children, Brittany Robbins (Carl Robbins) and Brandon Maynard; his nieces and nephews, Cody Chaney and Cameron Chaney; his son Phil Jr; his wife Sylvia Skaggs; his children, Timothy Jr and Philip Jr; and his sisters, Susan Maynard and Jana Chaney.
