It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Johnson (Valparaiso, Indiana), born in Hastings, Michigan, who passed away on August 4, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Marvin Patrick; and her daughter Ambjorn Johnson. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Shoebridge; her brother Phillip Patrick (Deb); her children, April P'Pool (Justin), Ben Johnson (Hayley), Kylie Connell (Chris) and Erik Johnson; and her grandchildren, Ethan, Logan, Jason, Elizabeth, Eli, Levi and Alexander.

In light of her heart for missions as well as care for those suffering from addictions, those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Phyllis to Kids Alive International (http://www.kidsalive.org.
