He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Sullivan and Vona Sullivan (Davis); his wife Emma Sullivan; his sons, Richard Sullivan Jr, Loren Wayne Sullivan and Bobby Sullivan; and his brother Lawrence Sullivan.
He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Caitlin (Vincent) of La Porte, IN and Joseph Sullivan (Lilly) of Hobart, IN; and his sister Joyce Dagdus of Nybo, KY. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
