Robert Nelson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Nelson (Valparaiso, Indiana), born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on July 3, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Nancy Adams and David Nelson. He is survived by: his children, Robert Nelson of Valparaiso, Robin Koziczynski of Chesterton, Tammy Carmichael (Steve) of Valparaiso, Dawn Byron (Dan) of Marlborough, MA and Autumn Joiner of Valparaiso; and his stepchildren, Steve Aherns of Susan Koors and Scott Aherns of Susan Koors. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
