He is survived by: his parent Fredrick Perz; his son Construction; his wife Susan Perz (Monahan); his mother Nancy Briggs; his stepfather Doc Briggs; his stepchildren, Jonathan Moate (Valerie) and Candace Lee; his grandchildren, Jacob Moate, Mia Moate and Adeline Cooper; his siblings, Jefferey Perz and Robyn Perz; and his father-in-law John Monahan.
