With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Louise Slingsby of Valparaiso, Indiana, who passed away on February 28, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Louise Slingsby to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William L. Feeler and Elsie Feeler (Bohling); her husband Earl Edward Slingsby, Jr.; and her siblings, William Feeler and Lucille Feeler.

She is survived by : her children, Phyllis Pierson (Anthony), Edward Slingsby (Rhonda), Laura Harrington (John) and Valerie Schlink; her siblings, Doris Brown (Lowenston) and Wesley Feeler; and her grandchildren, Michael, Philip (Kristina), David Wenzel, Damian Hawkins, Matt, Nate Bailey, Jason Schlink (Ashley) and Jaclyn Balunda (Michael). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
