Cummins (Logan) of Phoenix, AZ, Michael C. Cummins of Dallas, GA and Mark C. Cummins of Fort Lauderdale, FL; his siblings, Thomas C. Cummins of Solon, OH and Mary Cummins Wlodarski (Wayne) of Tipp City, OH.; and his grandchildren, Seth, Kailey and Cordi.
