He was predeceased by: his parents, Erich Wagner and Elizabeth Wagner (Weil); and his grandson Sam Wagner. He is survived by: his spouse Betty Kupke; his sister Sara Mieras of Kendallville; his grandchildren, Jessica, Ben, Eric, Edward III, Matthew, Gretchen, Bailey, William, Eli, Ingrid, Ella, Jes, Shai, Makaila and Lilly; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Brodie, Berkley, Edward IV, Paisley and Adalyn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Porter County Community Foundation – Immanuel Lutheran School Fund.
