Rouse (Hagley); her children, Russell Barker (Pamela), Katherine Barker, Patricia Kinderman (Dana), Charlotte Lowe (James), Debra Barker of Denver, CO, Christine Howard (Everett) and Diana Hickman (Ronny); and her sister Wilma June Philips of Chrisman, IL. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
