She is survived by: her sons, Peter M. Thornton of Covington and Allen W. Thornton (Shelby) of Taylor Mill; her grandchildren, Allen Thornton (Erin) of Marietta, GA, Scott Thornton of Taylor Mill, Winston Thornton (Aliyha) of Taylor Mill, Nicholas Thornton of Taylor Mill, Brittney Cecil (Scott) of Louisville, Sarah Goodon (Josh) of Sikeston, MO and Shana Thornton of Latonia Lakes; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Zander, Luke, Brady, Cameron, Maximus, Aurora, Wrenley, Lily, Alex, Emma, Lexi, Joshua, Conner, Lyla, Tiberius and Liam.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Shelby Christian Cemetery (6675 US-421, Versailles, IN 47042).
