She was predeceased by: her nephew Benjamin Wagner. She is survived by: her parents, Ed Wagner and Herta "Tina" Heist; her brother Dennis Wagner; her siblings-in-law, Krista Davison-Wagner, Joni Herr, Betty Wheatley and Robert Loudermilk; her parents-in-law, Sherman Loudermilk and Sherry Loudermilk; and her nephews, Austin Wagner and Davison Wagner. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made to Vincennes Animal Shelter in honor of Denise Loudermilk.
