He is survived by: his wife Janet McGavic Overbey; his children, Anita Lauder (Randall) and Brian Overbey (Sandra); his grandchildren, Lyndsay Robbins (Dennis Vickers), Ashlay Sidwell (Cody), Jessika Eiss (Tom) and Paul Michael Cary (Stevee); his great grandchildren, Layden Robbins, Clay Eiss, Bristol Eiss, Weston Eiss, Eli Cary, Bryson Lauder, Tye Cary, Khy Cary and David Vickers; and his sister Edna Rose Collins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
