He is survived by: his wife Sandra Potter of Vincennes; his children, Derek Potter of Vincennes and Haley Ellerman (Tyler) of Vincennes; his grandson Theo Caine Ellerman; and his sister Tonya Ruben (Dennis) of Elkhart, IN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
