It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harley Seirp of Vincennes, Indiana, born in Bicknell, Indiana, who passed away on September 13, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Serip and Esther McGiffen. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Telligman (John) of Oaktown and Ken Seirp; his brother Wally McGiffen (Diane); and his nephews, Ian (Katie), Ryan (Ashley) and Justin McGiffen. He is also survived by five great nieces and nephews.
