She was predeceased by: her husband Victor L. McCoy Sr.; and her parents, Guy David Ballard and Violet Ravelette Ballard. She is survived by: her children, Victor L. McCoy Jr., Rosanna Stubblefield (Billy), Stephen R. McCoy (Lisa), John Douglas McCoy and Gail Vaughn (Noel). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to Community United Methodist Church in Vincennes in her memory.
