He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Sievers and Mary Sievers (Hess); his former wife Joy Ann Sievers; his wife Mary Louise Sievers; his son Scott Sievers; and his stepson Steve Steele.
He is survived by: his sons, Tim Sievers of Evansville and Dave Sievers of Bruceville; his stepson Fred Steele (Carol) of Vincennes; and his siblings, Joe Sievers of Newton, IL, Larry Sievers of Minneapolis, MN, Steve Sievers of Birmingham, AL, Mary Jane Sievers of Martinsville, IN and Hilda Woodfork of Bloomington, IN. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren.
