She is survived by: her significant other Ronald Thompson; her children, Alan Westfall (Missy), William Clark, Adam Clark (Megan), Kenneth Clark, Scott Clark, Stacy Carver (David), Crystal Carroll, Autumn Robbins (Bill), Tonya Riker and Chasity Thompson; and her siblings, Russell Westfall and Theresa Westfall. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
