She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold "Huck" W. Berry and Helen Louise Berry (McDonald); her husband David Allen McGiffen; her son Davy; her siblings, Wally and Myrna; and her siblings-in-law, Gordon Keith, Linda Berry and Joetta Garrard.
She is survived by: her children, Christine (Josh Magruder) and Duke (Richelle); her brother David Berry; her siblings-in-law, Margaret Ann McGiffen, Andrea Kaskus, Lucy Martindale and Al Martindale; and her nieces and nephews, Scott Berry, Mark Berry (Suzanne), Ken Berry (Jennifer) of Gordon Keith, JR, Katherine Fabijanic (Larry), Beth Jordan (John), Julie Clark (Bob), Jeff Garrard (Sheri), Meredith Martindale and Phil Martindale. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
She was active in her church, First Christian Church, attending weekly until Covid shutdowns took place.
In lieu of flowers, Margaret has requested donations to First Christian Church – Disciples of Christ, Helping his Hands Disaster Relief, or your favorite charity in her name.
