He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles V. Doering and Marjorie I. Doering (Winslow); his wife Joan Doering (Abbott); his son Kurt Doering; and his brothers, George Doering and James Doering.
He is survived by: his children, Von Doering (Cathy), Warsaw, Lynn Miller and Nappanee; and his siblings, Margaret Shearer and Dean Doering.
