He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Conrad (Zawiza); and his grandchild Kassidy Lou Gomez. He is survived by: his father Gerald Conrad; his wife Sheila Sevy; his children, Michael Conrad II, Rebecca Gonzalez and Lauren Conrad; his stepchildren, Rebecca Fox (Jared), Bridget Sevy and Katelyn Sevy; his siblings, Joe Conrad, Mark Conrad, Jeremy Conrad (Janet) and Tammy Gilson (Larry); and his grandchildren, Lia Fox, Emma Fox, Caleb Fox, Eugene Mavis, Kassidy Gomez, Alexander Lochridge, Rose Lochridge and Jesse Johnson Jr..

Memorial Contributions may be given to Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret-Lienhart Funeral Home for expenses.
