He is survived by: his wife Cathey Smith; his children, Nathan Smith (Angie), Jason Smith (Hilary Ward) and Broney Newswanger (Lowell); his grandchildren, Justice Smith (Carly Chupp), Macey Smith, Wyatt Smith and Maverick Smith; and his siblings, Lonnie Smith, Bill Smith, Craig Smith, Gary Smith, Phillip Smith, Denny Smith and Kay Clark.
