He is survived by: his parents, Carol Truex Sr. (Heffner) and Richard Sr.; his sisters, Candy Pletcher, Elkhart, Renee Collins (Garry) and Goshen; and his nieces and nephews, Richard Harvey Truex, Garry Lee Collins Jr., Constance Marie Collins and Tinell Hershberger.
