We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Sara Louise Weirich (Wakarusa, Indiana), born in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Carter and Beulah Carter (Hershey); and her siblings, Howard, Robert, Thomas Carter and Alice Jane Riley.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Weirich; her children, Edward Weirich of Keizer, Margaret Miller (Roger) of Keizer, Eli Weirich (Angela) of Keizer and Martha Owen (Eli); her grandchildren, Danielle Townshed (Noah), Kelli Young (Dawson), Maya Weirich, Hunter Miller, EJ Weirich, Taylor Miller, Grace Weirich, Cody Miller, Maggie and Kati Weirich; her siblings, Doris Jean Byers and Brent Carter (Esther); her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Carter and Colleen Carter; and her pet Rosie.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions visitation will be limited to 25 people at a time from 11 a. m. – 1 p. m., Saturday, May 16, 2020, followed by funeral service at 1 p. m., all at Wakarusa Missionary Church.
In lieu of flowers, friends may donate in Sara's name to the Nappanee Public Library's Evelyn Lehman Culp Heritage Collections.
