He was predeceased by: his parent Estal P.; his siblings, Paul Perry, Bill Perry and Linda Brownlee (Wayne); his son James Michael Perry; and his niece Kerensa M. MacLeod.
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly K. Walt; his son Shawn M-P. Perry (Renee); his grandchildren, Henry M. Perry, Charlise L. Perry, Jenny R. Gilmore and Jessie R. Gilmore; and his siblings, Forrest "Jim" Perry (Kathy) and Maria E. Withrow. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
